Play Now @ Pure Athletex

New and improved parties at Pure Athletex! Play Now will handle everything from A-Z for your child’s special day, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the action. From the time guests arrive until the final whistle we’ve got you covered.

We will have the party room set up for your arrival, organize and entertain the kids as they filter in, then PLAY any three games of their choosing! Once the games wrap up a Play Now coach will help dish out the food/drinks/cake, we will hand out prizes and clean everything up once time expires leaving you with nothing but memories, tired kids, and presents!

-Total cost for the facility rental through Pure Athletex is $200. A 50% non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to hold the date, the remaining 50% is charged after the party.
- Your facility reservation includes access to the party room for 2 hours The games will run for 75 minutes on the basketball court OR the indoor turf area. The party will conclude with 30 minutes in the party room for any food/drinks. We ask that you clean up and clear out of the party room 15 minutes after the completion of the party. (i.e. Rental starts at 12:00 - games from 12:15-1:30, party room 1:30-2:00)
-Booking a coach through Play Now Pittsburgh is required for our parties. No independent coaches are allowed. These fees are not included in Pure Athletex’s rental fee.
-All decorations, favors, food, and beverages must be removed from the facility within your allotted time frame. Food and drinks are not included in the party package but families are welcome to bring in whatever they would like. Any changes to our party room set up must be changed back before you exit the facility. Extra tables are available but you are responsible for putting them back at the end of your reservation. (Play Now will handle this)
-No food or drinks are allowed on our turf or court at any time. Food must remain in the party room and water is allowed on tables in the lobby area outside of the turf and court during play time.
-Max capacity for parties is 25 children.
-Children MUST be supervised at all times for the total duration of your party. The party room, turf/court, and restroom areas are the only sections of the facility the children may utilize. All gym spaces, offices, lounges, training facilities, and lobby areas are not to be used as play areas.
-You will be responsible for any damages to our facility within your allotted time. This includes but is not limited to: damages to walls in the party room from decoration removal, carpet stains, etc.

*Violation of any of these rules will result in additional fees. We must ensure the safety of all participants, staff, and members of our facility as well as the upkeep of our building.
This party package is $500 ($200 due to Pure/$300 to Play Now)
The facility rental is 2 hours - the party is 1h45m
Party guests are encouraged to arrive no more than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
We will supply table covers for the party. Additional paper products and decorations are the hosts responsibility.
We will set up the tables and chairs in the party room to accommodate the number of guests.
We will clean the party room once the party concludes.
Joint parties will incur an additional fee of $50
